Shipping packages quickly is a priority at www.tri-statealternatives.com. All orders leave our warehouse in New York within 1-2 business days. (Mon-Fri) USPS estimates 3-5 business days for delivery on first-class packages depending on your zone, and 2-3 business days for priority mail. ****

We offer free shipping on packages over $100 excluding pounds of Industrial hemp! It is up to the purchaser to know the laws in their state. Tri-State Alternatives holds no responsibility for lost, seized, or stolen packages once shipped. No Military addresses (AFP’s) are allowed and no active service members can purchase from us. All items are carefully packaged for extra safety whilst in transit.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING/HANDLING RATES

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping/handling will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

BACK ORDERS

At this time we are not taking any back orders on products that are out of stock. If there is an out of stock item you are interested in feel free to contact us for an update.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before mailing and take proper precautions to secure the product carefully however, we understand that packages are subject to damage during the transport process. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us and provide information of the damage so we can rectify the situation. Tri-State Alternatives always heat seals raw hemp materials. If it appears that your product is no longer heat sealed, and has been opened, Tri-State Alternatives is no longer responsible for the contents inside of the packaging. Notify us as soon as possible if it appears the packaging has been tampered with.
